1 cup celery
1 cup red wine
2 cups beef broth

Sprinkle brown sugar on both sides of roast and brown in skillet. This should only take about 1 minute on each side.
Place all other ingredients over roast and then pour in liquid ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours and then turn on high for last 3 hours. Enjoy tender meat!
